Remembering Peanut

Today is Peanut’s Angelversary. She was always called our ‘First and Best Cat’ and she ruled the roost both in Great Britain where she walked into our home and our hearts, and here in New Zealand as our family grew. She was 19 when she passed away.

This photo shows us posed at home and although she looks grumpy, Peanut was always the most loving cat you could hope for.

I aim to be back with a blog post on sharpening photos as soon as I can. The lockdown has meant I teach more online (so am insanely busy) and I am also helping feed a friend’s cat as she had to go into hospital.

    • Kathleen,

My condolences on the grievous loss of your beloved son. I have no doubt Peanut will have taken charge of the little one and shown her the best of everything.

      Thank you.

    • Oh yes. Peanut is very much the ‘in charge’ type. Bear will have a good guide.

  2. Hugs to you as you remember Peanut. 19 years! Wow, what an epic life she must have lived!
We don’t think she looks grumpy at all!

  3. Dear Peanut you are so wonderful and we wish you and all of us Angels could have stayed forever in our homes. Lets dance and run on the clouds and then visit our families to check up on them and send soft breezes to let them know we are there
