Last week the cat writers and bloggers of the world lost a good friend and cat lover – Paula Gregg. She was a talented woman who achieved many important things in her life and was set to achieve so much more. Her loss leaves many sad and upset because she was a really nice person as well as a leader of the Cat Writers Association.
I met Paula at the 10th Anniversary Blogpaws Conference in Kansas City and, as you can see, we had a lot of fun. It was great to finally meet this fantastic dynamo of a creative.

Paula’s blog Sweet Purrfections remains as an outstanding example of the bloggers art and craft as it has changed of the past years. Her cats Truffle and Brulee were front and centre on her blog and a huge part of her life. The two girls have been taken under the wing of their breeder Terri who will make sure they want for nothing.

The Cat Writers, home of so many of my blogging colleagues, has been grieving for a fine blogger with strong leadership skills whose support for those who needed it was an important part of her life.
Paula will be missed by so many. Her charm, her voice, and her determination to achieve so much for the CWA will be remembered.
I never met Paula, but you were more than blessed to have known her and met her as well. She will be forever missed and forever loved.
A lovely tribute to Paula. I’m glad you got to meet her. What a sad loss for all who love cats.
