So much has been happening that I forgot to do a Photo Post Roundup for July 2021. Wait, I forgot June too? Good Heavens, 2021 is getting away from all of us, isn’t it?
What have I been up to over the past few weeks?
I’m working on my ScreenFlow video editing software and learning how to make videos that look and sound OK. It’s fun but time-consuming. The videos will show some fun and simple adjustments you can make to a photo. I aim to make them beginner-friendly. Let’s hope it all works!
OK let’s review the most popular and fun posts over the past two months.
I am discovering new photo apps all the time and wanted to share this super cool one! It creates fantastic images and it’s FREE! I will be looking at more over the coming months.
This is one I just had to add to the post roundup for July. Taking pictures of your cat can be triumphs or disasters depending on how you hold your camera. This post shows you the one simple way to make your cat look amazing!
Automatic is such an encouraging mode. It empowers a new DSLR user to get out there and take photos that work. But, you will find a lot of people clamouring for you to explore further. Me? I do it one step at a time. This is how I took my first steps out of auto mode.
There are a lot of books out there to help you learn to take photos with more confidence. Not every one of my recommendations is a recent edition but they are all useful. I use my photo books all the time.
This is a shorter post that caused quite a stir. It shows our ginger Jack being transformed with the use of filter and colour. Not a long post but it does the impact a little bit of photo editing can make.
If you missed a post, I hope this list will help you catch up. In the meantime keep taking photos and keep capturing your cats (and dogs!) because their memories mean the world to us.
- Don’t forget. The Dash Kitten Gift Guide Pages have been updated.
