Smithsonian Reputation in Tatters after Cat Accusations

As a Middle Earth reporter I write now about the about the Smithsonian reputation. We are proud members of the CAT Community Worldwide.  This is important, and your voice is needed NOW. Alley Cat Allies is appealing for support against information published by the previously reputable and respected Smithsonian Institute.

We question the Smithsonian Reputation

A so-called ‘survey’ undertaken by researchers with an anti-cat bias are behind the misinformation and you as an anipal will feel obliged to take action. Alley Cat Allies states :-

  • The media are relying on a so-called “study” funded by the Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Division of Migratory Birds that recklessly perpetuates a bogus debate. This “study” was authored by researchers with an anti-cat track record, who arrived at their chosen conclusion by cherry-picking data. Worse still, they cite a discredited researcher, a colleague who was convicted and then fired for trying to poison cats.

The Smithsonian information is bogus.

I urge you to visit the Alley Cat Allies site and add your name to the tens of thousands already creating a furore in protest. Each voice alone is small – each voice joined to many thousands of others makes one hell of a racket guys!
