I am joining Brian as Place for Cats fosters celebrates today with one of the adoption sheets I created the rescues rehomed by Place for Cats. We think we should celebrate their adoptions over the past two years. This is one hard working foster network!
It makes me thankful that I know a small cat foster network whose loving foster parents and Director, Mia Lancaster, save lives from New York’s dreadful ACC and never give up. The rescue is a tiny one, and your attention (and donations) are always welcome.
Place for Cats Fosters Guest Post Appeal
Would you like to do a rescue themed guest post for Place for Cats? I am working on fresh content for them right now and would welcome contributions. Plenty of credit and we are thankful, so we do lots of shares featuring you too!
Bit of a Warning!
We are hoping to change our blog format soon. So, if things look way too different for you, we would also be thankful if you would let us know. Our computer only sees things ‘one day’ and you see them in another! If images look terrible or make you want to hide under the sofa, let us know.
Happy Thursday and remember that it’s #RemembertheRescue next Thursday. We did a short video last year, worth a look if you have time.

Altho I’m allergic to cats I still love them and I am happy to know that so many are going to good homes. My sister rescues cats/kittens that have been abandoned up on the mountain. She rounds them up and takes them for their vet check and brings them back and they live in the barn forever with their comfy beds and plenty of food and water. Also, she gets them all spayed which I think is super important.
You nailed it Mimi. Spay/Neuter is vital and your sister is totally brilliant doing this. Thank you.
Anyone who rescues adopts or fosters sure has there work cut out these days, but boy do they do a great job, that us cats really do appreciate. Here’s to everyone who does what Places for Cats do, and I hope they can carry on, too, for a long time!

We can say first paw that adoptions are just the best and we’re so glad they are rockin’ it! Thanks for joining the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
Our kitties are adopted from shelters. Mom always gets shelter kitties. For us, your images are super blown up and pixilated if that helps with your revamp.
Wonderful news for many to have home.
And I purrs for MORE !
I am glad so many got homes.
Thank you Ellen. Us too!
