The cats provide some fun opportunities to take pictures at unexpected times. These photographs were taken after a visit to a local Fibre Fest in Upper Hutt.
Sienna decided to play tortie hide and seek with some of my wool shopping. I just have to show her off to the Kitties Blue!
Sienna Tortie in a bag
Some of our purchases arrived home in a sturdy paper sack as New Zealand has banned the use of plastic carrier bags and is on the way to removing single-use plastic – step by step.
Most people are quickly beginning to either carry a reusable bag or pay a small amount for a paper carrier.
Sienna sniffed the bag, and the moment dad Paul’s back was turned she began to sneak in and explore the bag as it lay on the bed.
Cat Hide and Seek Setting Details
I grabbed my DLSR camera and took a couple of shots before Sienna hid entirely and became a tortoiseshell shadow. I was keeping my fingers crossed as I didn’t remember which settings I had after our visit to the fibre fair which was indoors.
I checked and the camera settings I had set up are:
- ISO1600 (very high)
- AWB – Automatic White Balance
- Camera RAW
I know some of our cat friends adore their boxes, especially when they have a food delivery in them and we love seeing those pictures.
Has your cat been exploring any boxes lately?
