BlogPaws Ambassador First Report

BlogPaws Ambassador First Report

As Blogpaws Ambassador, you can imagine we have hit the ground running!

BlogPaws Ambassador First Report

Going from so far away you can imagine, jet lag hit home but, thankfully as we had taken a few extra days as holiday, we arrived at the venue – selected as inclusively pet friendly, to find a very VERY warm welcome.

Arizona is hot but we guess you know that so we will preview our full fun reports with some sneak peeks of the friends we met, and the impressions made on us.

  • We have been busy as Ambassadors! One of our tasks is making the sponsors feel welcome, so we visited the conference venue and sponsors hall for the first afternoon. These people are fully engaged and welcoming – pet bloggers you need to be here!
  • We have been running hot on Twitter with the #Blogpaws hashtag! Check it out for images, information and fun!

What is happening at BlogPaws

There is a lot of really engaged conversation, learning and some seriously good food to keep us all going!

One of the magical things is the room views for everyone. Sure, you need to walk a way to get to your room BUT once you get there you find this!

Further BlogPaws Ambassador Reports

Tonight is the Nose to Nose Awards – we have friends Erin the Cat Princess and Seville at Nerissa’s Life up for the Humour category and A Tonk’s Tail is a finalist in the movie category.

We will report fully as soon as we can. This will be thrilling and is streaming live on the internet. Check Twitter, or Facebook for details.

  1. It was so great getting to meet you in person at BlogPaws last year! It was a great conference and you did an excellent job as an ambassador. Seeing these photos brings back a lot of great memories from last year. 🙂

  2. What a great introduction to how awesome BlogPaws can be. I know the days are jam packed, and it can be tiring (especially after long travel and jet lag) but it’s so worth it for so many reasons. Thanks for sharing this post. I’m counting down the days until Myrtle Beach!

  3. Thanks for sharing your BlogPaws Ambassador experience! I loved all the BlogPaws conferences I’ve attended, I learned so much every time. If you have any Ambassador tips to share, please do! This is my first time as an Ambassador.

  4. Glad you had a great time! Bummed I didn’t have a chance to meet you. Hopefully, you’ll be able to make the trek again and I will have a chance then! The room views in Arizona were great, weren’t they?

  5. It sounds like you had a wonderful time! I’m attending this year for the first time, in part due to reports like this one. Hopefully, we will both be at the one in 2018.

  6. I’m fairly new to BlogPaws too and heard about their conferences from day one. I’ll go in the future. I still have hope. Looks like you enjoyed yourself. Congrats on being an ambassador too. Love Summer Samba’s outfit by the way.

  7. I think such events are fantastic in allowing people to network, learn from each other, share insights … it’s a great idea which seems to keep getting better every time.

  8. I had a PAWsome time last year, even though I was running around with my tail in a twist trying to get all the CWA stuff done. This year, I’m not in charge of ANYTHING … so even though I’ll only be there 1 1/2 day, I plan to enjoy everything.

  9. Such a WONDERFUL time at BlogPaws last year! One of the highlights was meeting YOU!! You were a fantastic ambassador, and we are just over the moon that you are now a Nose-to-Nose Finalist this year too! We will be cheering you on!!!

  10. All this ambassador “stuff” is new to me, I admit I don’t know anything about it. Sounds really exciting though, and I’m sure it must be amazing to meet the faces behind the blogs we all enjoy. Look forward to more reports.

  11. The views were amazing weren’t they? I just remember relaxing on the balconies early in the morning before the heat index skyrocketed. Still sorry we didn’t meet in person!

  12. Marjorie, you are a breath of fresh air! I wish we could have had an afternoon to sit and talk. (((hugs)))

  13. It was SOOOO wonderful to meet you and Paul! What an absolute treat! You are as delightful in person as I’ve always imagined. A heart of gold.

You’re probably on your way home right now… safe travels!

    (((love)))

  14. Wish we could have been there in person, (not just as a brand in swag bags) to meet all the amazing pet bloggers attending. Thanks for your pictures and updates!
