Miranda here with GMC Hip and Joint Pet Shopping for this week! Hip and joint, what the heck? OK let me explain. Some cats are prone to joint discomfort, and senior cats also suffer with things like arthritis, or simple old age – Glucosamine can help support joint health and mobility.
Mum’s been searching for a palatable (that means eat-able!) glucosamine supplement for Aunty Peanut for a long time. Most are large, unpleasant tablets, but pal Lisa sent us some GMC Ultra Mega Hip& Joint Health, Premiums Formula Soft Chews to try.
Mum thought Peanut would not like them so crumbled one in her food to eat * rolls eyes * then tried decided to give her one ‘neat’, cut into pieces. She discovered Peanut will eat them neat, (and I stress Aunty Peanut is ‘fussy’). One every morning and evening, crumbled up (to make smaller pieces as she prefers).
The little fishy shapes smell delicious and are chewy and we ALL want one but these are precious and, Mum believes they are beginning to have a positive effect, after a few of days. Peanut actually slept beside Mum on the bed (something she has not done for a while) and seems a little bit more nimble.
GMC Hip and Joint Health. This is not a medical review
It is just Mum and I passing on a positive review of something we have tried. Our fussy Aunty Peanut enjoys the Glucosamine supplement and seems to be moving a bit better. This can only be a good thing!
