Sunday Selfie, In and Out

Harvey and Silver Sunday Selfie

In and Out????

Sorry, I could not resist! Dusty here, and I had better explain my laughter, especially for Miss Janet and the Kitties Blue from the Cat on my Head and the Sunday Selfie!

The picture was hastily taken on Dad’s iPad Mini, over the back of the sofa. He turned to see why nothing was happening at the cat flap, as he knew both cats were there, and he spotted this…..

In and Out Maybe……

Silver wants to go out, Harvey wants to come in, and neither wants to make the first move! Silver may be a fearless adventurer but he is also a little bit reticent with his elders, so he waits….

Sunday Selfie graphic

Harvey, still lacks a bit of confidence, even though he knows this is his forever home, so he stayed put!

In the end Dad got up and opened the large door just out of the picture, so Silver could scamper out, and Harvey could come in! Heh! These youngsters, never organised are they?

PS – Today is Mother’s Day in Great Britain, and we would like to wish all British mums a lovely day. For us it is a solemn and quiet time as our Mum’s human brother passed away a year ago on 24th March. We aim to gift our Mum something in a little while, once this sad time is passed.

Happy Sunday Selfie everyone!

I like this story that goes so well with this picture. You kitties were smart to hang out at the kitty flap. That way, Dad opened the door for you, but of course first capture it.

I TOTALLY understand why neither wanted to make the first move. Can you imagine what would happen if they both did at the same time and ended up gettin’ stuck and…

I can so see those two long-haired marmie brothers of mine doin’ that. MOUSES!

The great cat door standoff! This happens every once in awhile at our cat door entrance to the catio. Sometimes I have to lean down and hold the flap open for them. The things we do for our feline friends! Happy Mother’s Day!
